It also has a very modern shaded playground with rubberized floor that is great for kids. Next to it, you can find the park's pavillion with a snack bar that sells frozen yogurt; in the other side, there is a bathroom (clean), and an observation deck at the top of it. Nearby, there is an interactive water park where kids can enjoy during summer or people who comes back from the beach. In this park you have access to the southernmost part of South Beach. It is quite and never too crowded. In the other edge of the park, there is a fine steakhouse restaurant, Smith and Wollensky which is a celebrity hot spot. Since this park is located next to the Port of Miami, you can admire cruise ships and cargo ships going. There is an incredible view to Fisher Island. Great place to watch amazing sunsets and rises. If you want a bike, there is a bike rental station in front of Nikki Beach (next to the park) Tips:
